How to book
Ferris Holidays Ltd has been established since 1981 and we have a wealth of
knowledge and experience to share with you. We want you to have the best trip
possible and the right trip for you. Our travel consultants travel to the
region regularly so are full of great tips and information. You can visit or
telephone our head office to discuss your holiday arrangements, and the staff
will assist you in completing the simple booking form.
You can....
Book by Phone: Use your Credit Card to book your holiday over
the phone, our Fully trained staff will complete the booking form for you,
arrange for payment from your card, and confirm your booking there and then.
Deposits can be paid by Access, Visa Switch or American Express. Please call us
on 01443 844222 (UK local rate- we do not make money on the calls you make)
credit / debit card - please note there may be a charge to pay when paying by
credit / debit card.
Book by Post: Just complete your booking form and forward to

along with your deposit. Deposits can be paid by cash, cheque or postal orders.

Booking Process
Once you're happy with your holiday quotation it is only confirmed once a
deposit has been received. After a deposit has been received we will send you a
booking confirmation invoice. The invoice will indicate what date the final
balance is due. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SEND FINAL BALANCE REMINDERS.
a) If your date of departure is more than eight (8) weeks away the following
deposits apply:
CRUISE & STAY HOLIDAYS - £40.00 per person
COACH HOLIDAYS - £25.00 per person
ACCOMMODATION ONLY HOLIDAYS - £25.00 per person
FLIGHT HOLIDAYS - £25.00 per person plus the full flight cost at the time of
booking.
The remaining balance will be due eight (8) weeks before departure on your
holiday.
b) If your date of departure is less than eight (8) weeks away, the full balance
of the holiday will be required at the time of booking.
PART PAYMENTS
Part payments off the holiday balance can only made by telephone or by post and
the minimum part payment we can accept at any one time is £100. Part payments
can be paid by credit / debit card, cash, cheques or postal orders. Please call

FULL BALANCE
Holiday full balances can only made by telephone or by post. Full Payments can
be paid by credit / debit card, cash, cheques or postal orders. Please call us

Upon receipt of your full balance tickets will be issued 2 weeks prior to your
departure date.
